Jenna Rauch
Athletic Therapist CAT(C)
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
PCES (Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist)
Born and raised in Smithers, BC, Jenna grew up dancing competitively and playing every sport she could including volleyball, basketball, rugby, and track and field. She knew from a young age that she wanted a sports-related career and when she took a sports performance class in high school, she also realized how much she loved strength and conditioning.

Jenna completed a 4-year bachelor's degree in Health and Physical
Education with a Major in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University. During
her time at university she worked with the University of Calgary football,
wrestling, cross-country, and track and field teams, as well as Mount Royal
University's women's hockey team. Jenna has also worked with rugby, rhythmic
gymnastics, and bull riding. In her last semester of schooling she interned at Peak Power Sport
Development as a student strength and conditioning coach. Jenna learnt about
Olympic lifting at Peak Power and hopes to include these lifts into programs
for clients where it is suitable. Jenna has won multiple awards throughout her
time as an athletic therapy student including the MedWest Field award from the
University of Calgary in 2019, the MRU Athletic Therapy Student Clinic Award in 2020, and the CATA MRU
Student Leadership Award for 2020 as well.
Upon completion of her degree, Jenna worked for Precision Sports Therapy in Calgary, but always knew she wanted to come back home to BC to open up her own clinic.
Jenna loves to be outdoors in anyway she can. In the winter she loves to snowmobile, cross-country ski, and snowshoe. In the summer she enjoys hiking, camping, and canoeing. She enjoys staying active through strength training, running, and plenty of yoga. Her treatment plans and rehab programs reflect this and are very exercise-based. What Jenna loves about athletic therapy and strength and conditioning is how she can help people move better to subsequently feel better. She aims to not only help her patients recover from their injuries, but return them to doing what they love in a condition better than before so they will not reinjure themselves. Her experience playing and working with a variety of different sports gives her the adaptability to work with anyone, athletes and non-athletes alike!

"I have had back issues for a few years now and I have tried many things to get it back to normal, nothing was seeming to work. When I started going to Jenna I felt better even after our first session. Jenna is so attentive to you and your body and really cares about giving you the help to improve, whatever your injury is. One thing that really stuck with me is how Jenna always made me feel so comfortable during the entire session! I would recommend Jenna to anyone!" -Emma
